If something goes wrong, we make it right. Paint on the carpet, a dent in the flooring, a scratch on the tile does not have to be our mistake or accident. We can take care of it, and we will assure your closing date is met with ease and that an impeccable flooring appearance complies with your customers' expectations.

Our service and warranty technicians drive our Design Floors vans outfitted with supplies and equipment which, combined with their training and expertise, enables them to correct most problems in one visit.

Our service warranties extend for a year beyond closing. During this time we will dispatch a technician to resolve a flooring problem within 48 hours if requested. All product warranties will be given to the builder in the closing package.
